Aroma Therapy – Introduction to AFT – Zoom or In Person Consults
AFT is Aroma Freedom Technique. It is a step-by-step process for identifying and releasing negative thoughts, feelings and memories that interfere with reaching our goals and dreams. AFT is meant to be used as a way to set a person’s emotional energy flowing in a positive direction, toward growth and expansion, rather than contracting in fear, doubt, and paralysis. AFT uses Young Living Essential Oils to trigger a permanent shift in how we view ourselves and the world. AFT can be done locally in a therapy session, or online during a Zoom session, as long as you have the specific oils Gail uses, which can be shipped to you for a flat fee, if you don’t have access to Young Living Essential Oils.

AromaDome – In person only
The AromaDome is a way to distribute pure, organic Young Living essential oils in a very concentrated level to enhance the healing process of both emotional and physical issues.

Raindrop Therapy – In person only
Essential Oils Therapy
Raindrop Therapy is a healing technique using pure essential oils. Raindrop Therapy combines aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and moist heat to create healing and cleansing through structural and electrical alignment to the body. The purpose of the therapy is to bring total balance, harmony, and body wellness – mental, physical, and emotional.
